Please note: Only selected Courts are available for online scheduling at this time, however, new Courts are being continually added. Please refer to the login page for a list of available Courts for self-scheduling. Remember to review our Participating Courts List which lists all of the Courts that we serve.
 
Q. When will all the Courts be available for online scheduling?
A. Due to the complexity of the scheduling process for some Courts/Departments, it is unlikely that we will be able to offer online scheduling for all of the Courts/Departments that we service. We will, however, endeavor to make available as many of them as we can, as quickly as possible.
Q. I see the Court that I want but the Judge/Department is not available, why not?
A. If the Judge/department is on our Participating Courts List but is not available for selection here, it may be because there are some special scheduling procedures that require you to call us to set it up. If the Judge/Department is not on our Participating Courts List you may not be able to appear by telephone. Either way, please call us and we will be happy to check for you.
Q. The date I want is not available, why is that?
A. There are several different reasons why a specific date might not be available, call us at (888) 882-6878 as we may still be able to schedule your CourtCall Appearance.
Q. The proceeding I want is not available, why is that?
A. It may be because the Department does not allow that type of proceeding to be heard telephonically or it may be that it is a type of proceeding that has not yet been made available for online scheduling, call us at (888) 882-6878 and we will be happy to check for you.
Q. The time I want is not available, why is that?
A. It may be because the department does not allow CourtCall Appearances at that time. Call us and we will be happy to check for you.
Q. The Court has given me approval for an appearance but I do not see the options that I want, why not?
A. The options that are listed for each Court are based on what is typically accepted by the Judge/department on any given day. Specially set CourtCall Appearances need to be scheduled over the phone with a customer service representative and you will be asked to provide the name of the Courtroom staff member who authorized the telephonic appearance.
Q. I have other changes that I need to make to my CourtCall Appearance, what should I do?
